  Refactor to use pkexec Pre-Release

  First public beta release? We'll see if it changes again before i get the website built. :)

  Now using pkexec instead of ssh-askpass. Using pkexec is better integrated, doesn't cause GNOME to open it's inhibitShortcutsDialog, shows a better-worded dialog for users, and the Supporter Release even includes a graphical installer that installs a polkit policy for rsync, so that users don't have to enter a password at all when running a Routine that requires super user privs.
