  Refactor to use pkexec

  First public beta release? We'll see if it changes again before i get the website built. :)

  Now using pkexec instead of ssh-askpass. Using pkexec is better integrated, doesn't cause GNOME to open it's inhibitShortcutsDialog, shows a better-worded dialog for users, and the Supporter Release even includes a graphical installer that installs a polkit policy for rsync, so that users don't have to enter a password at all when running a Routine that requires super user privs.

  Beta Release

  The 0.9.x versioning indicates that we consider this release to be in a public beta stage of readiness/usability. Usable, but not thoroughly tested by many users. It will likely stay a 0.9.x until we feel enough people have tested it and any issues encountered have been addressed. We don't think it will eat your homework, but as usual, Caveat Emptor.
