update "selected" variable after adding new routine #14

after adding a new Routine, the selected variable is not updated, so if you try and run the bkup right then, it skips that routine, even thgough the GUI shows it as active. If you restart EZ Bkup and run the bkup it works fine. This was was not implemented due oversight.

fixed a bug and a design flaw. "Selected" switch and create/edit Routine IRT selected-by-default behavior both work as originally envisioned now. Changes will be included with 0.9.10.
